MeLeigha graduated from Campbellsville University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and then received her Doctor of Pharmacy from the accelerated doctoral program at Sullivan University College of Pharmacy. Upon graduation she started her career with the Kroger Company as a staff pharmacist and then was named Pharmacist in Charge before leaving the corporate pharmacy world to open Hometown Pharmacy.
