All patients who receive specialty prescriptions are automatically enrolled in our Specialty Patient Management Program. This program ensures that you receive high-touch, personalized care. We conduct a comprehensive review of your prescriptions, medical history, and treatment goals to help you achieve your best health outcomes. Our pharmacists monitor your progress and communicate regularly with you and your provider to optimize your therapy.
For new prescriptions:
- Your provider can send the prescription directly to us.
- We’ll contact you to gather needed information, schedule delivery, and provide counseling.
For refills:
- Our care team will call you 4–10 days before your refill is due to confirm delivery timing and assess your health goals.
- You may also call us directly with your name, date of birth, medication name, or refill number.

Medications are shipped in tamper-resistant, discreet packaging. Refrigerated items are packed with cooling elements. You may also choose to pick up your prescriptions in person.

Pharmacy support is available after hours, on weekends, and during holidays for urgent clinical needs.
An adverse drug reaction is any unexpected, unintended, or harmful response to medication. Examples include:
- Dizziness, tremors, confusion
- Nausea or vomiting
- Rash or skin irritation
- Irregular heart rate
- Breathing changes
If you experience any of the above, call us immediately or contact your provider. In emergencies, dial 911.
Just give us a call. We’ll need your current pharmacy’s name and number along with the medications to be transferred. If you're relocating, your new pharmacy can contact us to transfer any active prescriptions.
If your order is delayed, our care coordinator will notify you immediately. If a shipment is missed or lost, call us so we can resolve the issue and ensure you never run out of medication.
Yes! We help patients explore financial aid options such as:

We work with all major insurers. Our care team can verify your network eligibility and out-of-pocket costs upon approval. We will never substitute a medication without your provider’s authorization.
If your medication must be filled by another pharmacy, we will inform you and your provider and facilitate a seamless transfer.
Yes, participation is voluntary. You may opt out at any time by notifying us. However, we strongly recommend participation to support medication adherence and health goals.
Yes! We offer routine immunizations (excluding yellow fever) for individuals 9 years and older in accordance with CDC guidelines.
